I LOVE LIVING IN STATHAM’S LANDING!
I LOVE LIVING IN STATHAM’S LANDING!
Here are just a couple of notes from our neighbors who have suffered damage from the tornado last week –
—Hi, thank you for reaching out and for everything you have already done for us and the cleaning crews. We are doing ok, just moving forward as every day passes. We will be moving to the house we have rented next week, and the rebuilding of our house at XXXX should start by the end of the month. The only thing we can think of is to please keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate this difficult process.
—Thanks for checking in. Also Thank you for all you and the others have done till this point. It’s been humbling to see the outpouring. I’ve always loved living here and that was just proven 5 times over going through this experience. Gosh so fortunate on many levels with nobody getting injured! My home pretty much escaped major damage. Fortunately nothing breached the brick or roof. We are still able to live in ours while we get things fixed. Just takes a little time and patience.
—Thanks for reaching out. Based on what I see around the neighborhood I believe we got pretty lucky. We had a tree to fall in our back yard and destroy our fence, narrowly missing the house. Both car windshields got cracked from debris. Some wind damage broke some yard lighting, patio furniture, and grilling equipment but it’s all minor compared to what some of our neighbors got. We are blessed for sure.
We surely are blessed – Have a very happy and blessed Easter weekend. Let me know how I can help, June Kountz 817-939-3129
