We heard your request! Effective immediately, the HOA has hired extra security for our neighborhood. These folks will also be able to address speeders, distracted drivers and folks who ignore stop signs. Thanks for your suggestion!

HOA Projects News Item
The Board is hearing discussion on projects for the next year:
- Replacing the run down fence on the causeway over to Club Court. It is only decorative but looks bad and needs either removal or replacement. Replacement with the vinyl we have used elsewhere would restore the nice look to that area.
- Replacing all or part of the fence along Old Hawkinsville road and the golf course. Seek golf course financial partnership, and reduce the total length that now extends out further than golf course property. The fence section is a long one and may be done in a couple of sections if cost is a factor.
- Investigate converting the entry way lighting at Woodfield to solar panel/battery powered. Current HOA cost to Ga Power is $50 per month.
Please let your Area Director know if you have any input to the discussion. The vote will be held during the August 15th HOA meeting at the Club House at 6 pm. Visitors are welcome!

Please note, they will off-load the straw in an area adjacent to the street (along the driveway, flowerbeds, or an area in your yard where there is no grass), where it’s easiest to offload. Delivery is dependent of weather, so once again I will ask you to be flexible and patient. The goal will be to have the straw delivered starting on the 28th, but that does not always happen due to weather.
Please forward to your friends and neighbors in the Landings!
